(21 of the 22 voting board members were in attendance.) ​ not only is our association short on volunteers needed, the attendance during the beginning of the week has been very low. we'd rather have those attendees be able to enjoy all that our association has to offer and we can only do that by lessening the days of operation. ​ during the inc board of directors meeting held on monday, november 13, 2017, the board rescinded the motion to change the annual show from 9 days to 5 days beginning with the 2018 show. a vote by secret ballot was taken and the results were 12 in favor of rescinding and 7 against.
